TECHNICAL DESIGNER

Integris Composites er en global producent, der leverer avanceret letvægtspanser til ballistisk beskyttelse. Virksomheden har afdelinger i Danmark, Frankrig og USA og samarbejder med kunder i det meste af verden.

En central rolle i administrationen på produktionskontoret

Som teknisk designer bliver du en vigtig ressource, der bidrager til at sikre en smidig produktion, gennem præcise tekniske dokumenter og stærk koordinering. Du bliver en del af et fagligt stærkt team i afdelingen ”Operations” med 9 kolleger, der alle har direkte indflydelse på, at produktionen leverer i rette tid og kvalitet. Du kan bl.a. se frem til følgende spændende opgaver:  

• Udarbejdelse af skæremønstre og tegningsoversigter
• Klargøring og frigivelse af produktionsdokumenter
• Behandling og vedligeholdelse af tekniske tegninger (2D/3D)
• Samarbejde tæt med produktionen for at sikre effektive processer
• Bidrage til overblik og koordinering af opgaver i teamet

Erfaring med teknisk design

Vi forestiller os, at du har en uddannelse som teknisk designer – men du kan også være autodidakt med tilsvarende erfaring, hvor du har arbejdet med tegning og produktionsunderstøttelse. Derudover ser vi gerne, at du har:

• Erfaring med AutoCAD, DraftSight, SolidWorks eller lignende
• Et godt blik for struktur, detaljer og koordinering
• Lyst til at tage et uformelt fagligt ansvar og bevare overblikket, også når tempoet er højt
• Gode samarbejdsevner og lyst til at bidrage socialt til teamet

Som person trives du i et miljø, hvor tempoet kan være højt, og hvor opgaverne kan ændre sig fra dag til dag. Du er nysgerrig, initiativrig og ikke bange for at stille spørgsmål – både på kontoret og i produktionen. Samtidig kan du skabe struktur og sikre, at opgaver kommer i mål.

SIMULATION SPECIALIST

At Integris Composites in Vissenbjerg, Denmark, you get the opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for a Simulation Specialist who will work closely with our local, and international team, and become a key player in the development of advanced protection solutions for the military, police and security sectors.

ABOUT THE JOB

You will be part of a dedicated R&D team, where you:
•  Develop and customize CAD models of vehicles with protective plates
•  Prepare and perform finite element analysis (FEA)
•  Calibrate simulation software with physical test results
•  Document results and participate in ballistic testing at international test facilities

You get broad ownership of your own projects and work closely with colleagues and external partners – both in Denmark and internationally.

WHO ARE YOU?

You have a technical background – e.g. in mechanics, mechatronics, materials or robotics – and you:
•  Have experience with CAD (SolidWorks)
•  Maybe knowledge of FEM (Hypermesh, IMPETUS or LS Dyna)
•  Are detail-oriented and have a flair for spotting “abnormalities” in data
•  Thrive on working independently and taking responsibility
•  Have knowledge, but probably not expertise, in programming
•  Communicate fluently in English – Danish is an advantage
•  You are curious, structured and want to learn new things – especially in simulation, ballistics and materials physics.

INGENIEUR RetD H/F CDI 

Fabricant de blindage en matériaux composites pour la protection balistique de véhicules militaires, aéronautique et protection personnelle.

Nous développons des solutions spécifiques selon les besoins et cahiers des charges de nos clients (armées, forces spéciales, fabricant de véhicules, avion ou hélicoptères) ; nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur recherche et développement.

Tâches Principales:

Au sein de l’équipe R&D, vous serez chargé des missions suivantes :

• Développer des compositions de matériaux composites balistiques en accord avec les données d’entrée du service commercial
• Optimiser les solutions existantes
• Suivre la fabrication des éprouvettes et fournir les informations nécessaires aux techniciens R&D
• Superviser les essais balistiques internes et fournir les informations nécessaires aux techniciens stand de tir
• Conduire les essais balistiques dans des laboratoires extérieurs
• Évaluer et qualifier de nouveaux matériaux
• Évaluer et améliorer les propriétés secondaires des matériaux utilisés (vieillissement accéléré, adhésion colle, tenue feu, etc.)
• Interpréter les résultats de simulations numériques, éventuellement conduire des simulations.
• Participer à des symposiums
• Apporter un support technique au service Commercial
• Apporter un support technique au service Supply Chain et participer aux réunions fournisseurs
• Maintenir la base de données commune balistique Ballistic Test Result (BTR)
• Réaliser de la veille technologique
• Respecter les procédures mises en place dans l’entreprise
• Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des projets au N+1 ou autres ingénieurs R&D
• Participer et coordonner des projets avec des universités ou organismes d’état
• Participer aux projets européens inter-compagnies
• Participer ponctuellement à des tâches opérationnelles (production d’échantillons, tests, inventaires, etc.)

Autres tâches:

• Coordonner au sein du groupe Integris les projets en collaboration avec des universités ou des écoles techniques.
• Participer aux projets européens inter-companies
• Tâches ponctuelles ( la production d’échantillon, assister aux tests ou autres) (maximum 10% du temps de travail)

Profil:

• BAC+5 Ingénieur Généraliste, chimie, mécanique, textiles techniques ou matériaux composites et une première expérience sur un poste similaire
• Homme/femme de terrain, vous êtes reconnu pour vos facultés d’adaptation, vous êtes réactif, vous savez faire preuve d’agilité et de flexibilité.
• Rigoureux et méthodique,
• Force de proposition, excellent communicant et doté d’un leadership naturel,
• Votre esprit d’équipe et votre engagement feront de vous un moteur essentiel du développement de l’entreprise
• Bon niveau d’anglais indispensable
• La connaissance des outils de simulation numérique est un plus mais n’est pas un pré-requis

PRODUCTION PLANNER

The position is newly established and you will report to Integris’ Operations Director.

Your primary task will be to ensure a higher degree of digitalization and transparency in operational production planning. You will have a great influence on developing the function, including developing and implementing new tools and methods where necessary. The company has switched to MS Dynamics 365 in recent years.

Otherwise, your responsibilities will include

• Leading the production planning process, thereby ensuring timely deliveries.
• Close cooperation with production management.
• Establishing production plans that provide full transparency in the entire production flow.
• Optimizing the production plan with a high degree of flexibility,
• Providing an overview of available capacity in the short and long term.
• Coordination of raw material needs with the purchasing department.
• Continuous communication with sales and customer service.
• Support for the project department in connection with feasibility studies.

THE CANDIDATE

You have an education and experience in production, supply chain management, logistics or similar. Your experience should preferably be from an order-producing project-based company.

Professionally, you are characterized by:

• Having a holistic approach to seeing connections across the organization.
• Have strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem solving.
• Thrive in close contact with colleagues at all levels.
• Have experience in driving a change process.
• Have a good understanding of MRP/ERP systems and their use.
• Have good IT skills, preferably knowledge of MS Dynamics 365, PowerBI and Excel.
• Fluent in spoken and written Danish, English, and preferably German.
• On a personal level, you will experience that
• You take responsibility and work with strong ethics.
• You are a good communicator and prioritize good collaboration.
• That you are visible among your colleagues.
