Denmark - Head of Procurement
This position is based at Integris’ facilities in Denmark, and the candidate must be fluent in Danish.
The role reports to the Operations Director at Integris and involves managing procurement and inventory for raw materials, semi-finished goods, resale items, workwear, and production consumables. The position also includes overseeing efficient and cost-conscious warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handling both operational and tactical procurement, including daily materials planning and supplier negotiations.
– Maintaining supplier relationships, managing price negotiations, contracts, and conducting audits.
– Overseeing inventory management for all product types, analyzing procurement and warehouse data for optimization.
– Collaborating closely with production and planning teams.
– Supporting project feasibility studies and coordinating with strategic suppliers in France.
Candidate Requirements:
– Education and experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, ideally within a production company.
– Strong negotiation skills, relationship-building, and proficiency with MRP/ERP systems such as MS Dynamics 365.
– Experience managing change processes, excellent IT skills, and fluency in both spoken and written Danish. Proficiency in English is required, and German is an advantage.

Denmark - Production Planner
PRODUCTION PLANNER
This position is based at Integris’ facilities in Denmark, and the candidate must be fluent in Danish.
Integris Composites A/S seeks an experienced Production Planner to establish a high standard of production planning, supporting the company’s current and future growth. The role reports to the Operations Director and focuses on advancing digitalization and transparency within operational production planning, contributing to developing and implementing new tools and methods as necessary. Integris recently transitioned to MS Dynamics 365.
Responsibilities:
– Lead the production planning process to ensure timely deliveries.
– Collaborate closely with production management to establish transparent production plans.
– Optimize production schedules with flexibility and provide capacity overviews for short- and long-term planning.
– Coordinate raw material needs with the procurement department and maintain communication with sales and customer service.
– Support feasibility studies in coordination with the project department.
Qualifications:
– Educational background and experience in production, supply chain management, or logistics.
– Holistic understanding of organizational interconnections and strong analytical skills.
– Comfortable collaborating across levels and managing change processes.
– Proficient in MRP/ERP systems, ideally with MS Dynamics 365, PowerBI, and Excel.
– Fluent in Danish and English; German proficiency is a plus.
