Technical Details
Integris Composites’ hard body armour plates are made in France from advanced composite materials, including ceramics and high-performance polyethylene, to provide superior ballistic protection. They meet stringent standards, offering protection levels from NIJ IIIA to IV and VPAM levels from 6 to 12.
Tests include:
- Plates are shot with required ammunition according to each standard/specification to test protection.
- Tested for resistance to multiple hits.
- Exposed to extreme temperatures, humidity, and water immersion.
- Drop test and impact test to check durability.
- Back Face Deformation measurement after impact.
