OHIO: US Manufacturing facilities

Integris Composites’ primary U.S. manufacturing facility is located in Hebron, Ohio. Established in 2008, the 115,000 square foot site is situated in a high-growth region of Central Ohio, in close proximity to leading aerospace and defense OEMs as well as world-class logistics infrastructure. The Hebron facility provides advanced manufacturing capabilities including high-pressure pressing, CNC routing, CNC 5-axis waterjetting, autoclaving, polyurethane coating, and complex assembly. These capabilities support a wide range of markets, including military, law enforcement, commercial personal protection, aerospace, land vehicles, and maritime applications.

The Integris Technical Center (ITC), also located in Ohio, serves as the company’s dedicated Research and Development hub. A specialized team of engineers is focused on ballistic development, design, system integration, project engineering, and program engineering. Within the ITC, Integris has developed a proprietary database of more than 4,000 ballistic solutions. This work is supported by an in-house R&D laboratory equipped with a fabric cutter, autoclave, vacuum oven, 3D printer, and environmental chamber, along with a ballistic test range capable of firing projectiles up to 20 millimeters. Programs managed within the ITC span from pure research and development initiatives to U.S. Department of Defense contract work. These include body armor programs, aviation programs, and other defense-related projects, where Integris continues to deliver some of the lightest and thinnest ballistic protection solutions available in the market.
