USA or EUR - Global Segment Manager
Location: North America or Europe
Department: Commercial
Reports To: CCO
The Global Segment Manager – Vehicle Protection is a key member of the Global Commercial Organization. You will be responsible for developing and executing the global segment strategy for Vehicle Protection, with full ownership of revenue, gross margins, product and value proposition development, and global market expansion. This role works closely with regional sales teams, project managers, technical experts, and R&D to ensure alignment between commercial strategy, customer needs, and technical development. You will also act as the voice of the customer within Integris’ global organization and play a central role in coordinating product offerings, supplier networks, and cross-regional knowledge sharing. This remotely-based role reports directly to the CCO. Up to 40% of international travel is expected.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the global business and growth strategy for the Vehicle Protection segment
- Achieve global sales, revenue, and gross margin targets for the segment in line with agreed budgets
- Set sales and market development targets in close collaboration with regional sales leadership
- Drive pricing strategies within the frameworks agreed with the CCO
- Lead and coordinate global product portfolio development, including services such as modeling, simulation, and retrofit solutions
- Represent customer and market needs in global R&D prioritization and segment development projects
- Build and maintain a global supplier network for Vehicle Protection products in cooperation with Purchasing
- Collect, analyze, and share market intelligence, trends, and tender insights across regions
- Support Regional Sales teams with contracts, key negotiations, and complex customer engagements
- Ensure effective knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange across regions (US, EMEA, APAC), within legal and regulatory boundaries (e.g. ITAR)
- Represent Integris at exhibitions, conferences, and industry symposiums
- Own and maintain segment-specific commercial and technical documentation

What We Expect from You
Your Work Experience, Education, & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field
- Min. 8 years of commercial experience selling complex, technical value propositions
- Min. 5 years of experience within the Vehicle Protection segment in a global or multinational setting
- Strong technical understanding of vehicle protection products, materials, and relevant standards
- Experience managing and growing relationships with multinational OEMs
- Track record in operating in different cultures
- Proven ability to successfully operate and influence within a matrix organization
- Strategic mindset with a strong commercial and financial understanding
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both governmental organizations and commercial customers
- Experience working with or selling to governmental or defense organizations is an advantage
- Knowledge of materials science, ballistic design, and armor manufacturing is an advantage
- Fluent in German is a plus
- US citizenship and/or security clearance are advantages

OHIO USA - Quality Engineer
Location: Hebron, OH
Department: Quality
Reports To: QA Manager
Position Summary
The Quality Engineer ensures products and processes meet customer, regulatory, and internal quality standards. This role supports quality planning, inspection systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality system requirements
- Develop and maintain inspection plans and documentation (APQP, PPAP, FAI)
- Review inspection data and drive corrective actions
- Conduct internal audits and control plan reviews
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain on quality initiatives
- Serve as a customer-facing quality contact as needed
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field preferred
- Experience in quality or manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of quality tools and inspection processes
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and GD&T
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

OHIO USA - Armor Engineer
Location: Hebron, OH
Department: R&D/Armor Development
Position Summary
The Armor Engineer supports IR&D and CR&D projects within the Armor Development group. This role is responsible for designing and developing ballistic armor solutions that meet customer performance requirements while optimizing weight, cost, and manufacturability. The position supports product development, testing, certification efforts, and proposal activities, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and classified program requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop new armor products and material solutions
- Execute R&D and customer-funded project plans
- Coordinate ballistic sample builds, testing, and certification activities (e.g., NIJ, FAT)
- Evaluate new materials, concepts, and manufacturing improvements
- Support proposal efforts with technical content and EBOM development
- Provide technical support for production and corrective action activities (FACAR)
- Manage R&D laboratory activities and technicians
- Safeguard sensitive and classified ballistic data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in armor development and project execution
- Experience within the defense industry
- Knowledge of Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes and Design of Experiments (DOE)
- Strong technical writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance
- Willingness to travel up to 20%

OHIO USA - Engineering Project Manager
Location: Hebron, OH
Department: R&D/Armor Development
Position Summary
The Engineering Project Manager leads technical project execution from concept through product realization within the Armor Development group. This role manages product development, engineering changes, qualification activities, and customer communication while ensuring compliance with AS9100 and internal management system procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project execution in accordance with AS9100 requirements
- Develop and manage product development plans (ENG-036)
- Perform PDR and CDR reviews and oversee engineering documentation
- Coordinate qualification and certification activities (NIJ, FAT)
- Manage engineering changes, risk registers, and corrective actions
- Support proposal efforts including EBOM development, compliance matrices, and NRE definition
- Lead qualification test planning, scheduling, reporting, and external lab coordination
- partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering to deliver program objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MBA preferred or in progress)
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing and quality systems
- Defense industry experience preferred
- Experience with Life Cycle Management (LCM) processes
- Eligible for Secret-level security clearance
- Strong leadership, technical communication, and organizational skills

FRANCE - R&D Engineer
INGENIEUR RetD H/F CDI
Fabricant de blindage en matériaux composites pour la protection balistique de véhicules militaires, aéronautique et protection personnelle.
Nous développons des solutions spécifiques selon les besoins et cahiers des charges de nos clients (armées, forces spéciales, fabricant de véhicules, avion ou hélicoptères) ; nous recherchons un(e) Ingénieur recherche et développement.
Tâches Principales:
Au sein de l’équipe R&D, vous serez chargé des missions suivantes :
- Développer des compositions de matériaux composites balistiques en accord avec les données d’entrée du service commercial
- Optimiser les solutions existantes
- Suivre la fabrication des éprouvettes et fournir les informations nécessaires aux techniciens R&D
- Superviser les essais balistiques internes et fournir les informations nécessaires aux techniciens stand de tir
- Conduire les essais balistiques dans des laboratoires extérieurs
- Évaluer et qualifier de nouveaux matériaux
- Évaluer et améliorer les propriétés secondaires des matériaux utilisés (vieillissement accéléré, adhésion colle, tenue feu, etc.)
- Interpréter les résultats de simulations numériques, éventuellement conduire des simulations.
- Participer à des symposiums
- Apporter un support technique au service Commercial
- Apporter un support technique au service Supply Chain et participer aux réunions fournisseurs
- Maintenir la base de données commune balistique Ballistic Test Result (BTR)
- Réaliser de la veille technologique
- Respecter les procédures mises en place dans l’entreprise
- Assurer un reporting régulier sur l’avancement des projets au N+1 ou autres ingénieurs R&D
- Participer et coordonner des projets avec des universités ou organismes d’état
- Participer aux projets européens inter-compagnies
- Participer ponctuellement à des tâches opérationnelles (production d’échantillons, tests, inventaires, etc.)
Autres tâches:
- Coordonner au sein du groupe Integris les projets en collaboration avec des universités ou des écoles techniques.
- Participer aux projets européens inter-companies
- Tâches ponctuelles ( la production d’échantillon, assister aux tests ou autres) (maximum 10% du temps de travail)
Profil:
- BAC+5 Ingénieur Généraliste, chimie, mécanique, textiles techniques ou matériaux composites et une première expérience sur un poste similaire
- Homme/femme de terrain, vous êtes reconnu pour vos facultés d’adaptation, vous êtes réactif, vous savez faire preuve d’agilité et de flexibilité.
- Rigoureux et méthodique,
- Force de proposition, excellent communicant et doté d’un leadership naturel,
- Votre esprit d’équipe et votre engagement feront de vous un moteur essentiel du développement de l’entreprise
- Bon niveau d’anglais indispensable
- La connaissance des outils de simulation numérique est un plus mais n’est pas un pré-requis
